Sep.26.01 I am enjoying some edamame here in my home, right now! I'm a bit more excited about this than I feel I should be. But before today, I thought I could only get the yummy little salty soy bean pods at my favorite sushi restaurant. Now if I could only figure out how to make spicy tuna rolls, I would be set.
