Nov.13.01 Today's consumption: Breakfast: One bowl of Golden Wheat Puffs ("a sweetened wheat cereal")with rice milk, a banana, a cup of coffee with half-and-half and a spoon of sugar. Mid-morning: One prenatal vitamin and a bottle of water. Not too bad so far, right? Well, it goes wayyy downhill from there. Lunch: One Wendy's cripy chicken sandwich without mayo, one order of "Biggie" fries with ketchup, half of a medium-sized Coke. Dinnner: Two large glasses of water, two slices of leftover pizza. I swear I'll do better tomorrow. Oh, I don't usually eat this way, and this is the first fast food I've eaten in months. We all have our weaknesses, don't we? These are unusual times. |
