It's so good, it made me completely forget that I was boiling chickpeas on the stove for hummus. The water in the pan (a lot of water) boiled away, and the chickpeas burned hard to the bottom of one of my vintage Dansk enamel pots, and all I could say was, "Well I guess we won't be having hummus for dinner tonight!"
